Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"This place is a great option in the district of Tetuán. They are specialized in “ricos molletes” . The service is really good, they are very polite and efficient. :) I like it!"
"Yummy molletes with andalusian toppings including my favorite, manteca colorá, in a pleasant setting near plaza castilla with patio seating. A good place if you're in the mood for something a little special for breakfast."
"Small but very lovely place. Service was very pleasant and the food was tasty. I enjoyed my Iberian ham baguette. And the Callos con garbanzos was also very tasty. See you again."
"They specialize in sandwiches on bread called molletes (and the sandwiches are often called molletes by extension). The best way I could describe from an American standpoint is similar to an "English" muffin, but more condensed. Basically, it's spongy bread, and I find it quite enjoyable. Service is good. You can sit right outside in the sun on Sor Angela de la Cruz when it's nice out, and their boquerones (basically sardines in vinager and olive oil....and they add pureed tomatoe) are fantastic. The beer selection is extremely limited, though Siete Copas Cafe is a stone's throw away on the same block. The wine selection is normal for Spain....so quite good."
"It’s a concept restaurant version of 100 Montaditos. It’s fair but needs something more special..."
"Friendly staff, family oriented...Great selections of beer, generous serving"
"Liked the very well served bier, friendly staff ready to recomend best choices of the menu. Will come again."
"I come because a friend recommand this place. I wasn't disapointed at all. Excellent products and food !"
